Does anyone else have this error?

When I hover over an image it appears like this:

Instead of how it used to appear like this:

As you can see when I hover over an images' votes it still appears normally.

I'm on Chrome by the way.

Something similar happens to me occasionally, usually when my internet is a little slow

Try waiting several seconds and then hover over the image again. That usually works for me.

No matter how long I wait it still does it.

Perhaps you have post tooltips disabled in the settings?
