If that is the case, there have been a lot of characters in new costumes popping up in Sasebo over the course of this week with several of them having new fan art wearing them. Let me set up a BUR for those...

Fine by me, I just remember that was a thing a bit ago. I don't remember myself where the "3 images" determination came from in the first place, but it seemed pretty arbitrary to me as well.

I'd go with no, as the name is just on her bag. JS Ariake should only be tagged if said bag is actually visible, which already isn't the case in one of the two images that skin has gotten so far.
Speaking of which, all the "JS_*_(kancolle)" tags are due for a reckoning. None of them are actual Kancolle characters, so none of them should have Kancolle chartags. I was hoping that forum #378637 would give me a hint as to whether to do change the tags to the ship or a personification chartag, but sadly the BUR was just auto-rejected by the bot instead of going one way or another.

Given what was discussed in that thread, the best thing to do would probably just converting all the js_*_(kancolle) tags into js_*_(personification) tags and leave it at that. If someone wants to specifically see KanColle versions they can just do *_(kancolle) js_*_(personification), and it opens the js_*_(personification) tag up for non-KanColle versions.

The other abyssal girl is likely a Mu-Class Light Cruiser.

"Modernified" versions of KanColle characters could be tagged with the personification tag along with their original chartag.
