Same artist? The former has a lot of red links, and inconsistent art styles, whereas the latter seems more consistent.
Putting it here as opposed to self-service as I'm really not sure and want a second opinion.
This seems like a case of artist sharing the same name rather than same artist. Also, one of the links appear to have changed ownership over the years because of name swaps from both sides.
