Additionally, several artworks involving mating with insects and other interspecies interactions have been uploaded recently. I'm curious why my posts weren't approved.
Hi everyone! I have only one post to appeal this time: post #10812600 (not really sure why this one got singled out since the two other 4komas from the source got approved)
One thing I wanna ask to avoid getting my post limit shanked: I have a few comics on e-Hentai and elsewhere that I want to upload, the issue is that they are already hard translated to Chinese. Afaik uploading those is discouraged, but the original comics in full (in Japanese) aren't available anywhere else (that I know of). Could I still upload and link them to the originals if found later, or should I not do that and just wait? Thanks! Sorry for cluttering the thread...
Frankly at this point I suspect that approvers look at your account in order to decide if they approve your post or not, and don't care about the actual quality of the art you post. They'll see you making progress towards your post limits increasing, and see that you're getting too close to 15 posts, then just refuse to approve your art. post #10900691 post #10900684 These are NSFW edits by the same artist as the original here post #10628914
There is a bunch more examples I can post to make this reply take up an entire page of its own. This shit has been happening for some time as well. Perfectly fine art doesn't get approved. Almost always "coincidentally" when I'm about to fucking leave 13 Post Limit hell and about to break even after 20 approved posts. Then just like 6 posts get ignored by approvers and I'm back to 11.
It might be me, but it seems kind of unfair that approved posts only give you 1 point towards your Danbooru credit score, but not getting approved subtracts 3, and the whole thing is kind of just random and the whim of complete strangers.

Completely false. Doing this would take me even longer to do the modqueue.

I don't know what to say here other than that these don't really look that good. Sometimes the opposite is true in that uploaders see something getting approved and then dump it without regard to how it might look. andaerz has some good stylistic posts but sometimes they can cross into looking awkward. post #10896869's anatomy looks like it escaped an underground research facility.
