Not sure about the artist and character name

Hi,
Saw a pixiv post, there was no artist/character in here for it.
Wanted to create a character tag and artist for it, but not sure on the righ names.
Here's the post and the socials:

Seems the same tag can't be used for both categories, I went on youtube and noticed another name went it auto translated "Yuzuru Kojo Ch".

So not sure what artist and character name then, i don't trust auto translate for accuracy, if anyone reads japanese and could make the tags i'd be grateful

The name is already correct, you can look at her YouTube channel's banner and social media handles (that you already linked). I just added a sumeragi yuzuru (artist) tag and artist entry, since it seems she is mainly a VTuber who also draws.
