Sensitive ass bikini post from High School Fleet. Apparently some sort of 'thank you' post from a community event called 'HFF', short for 'High Free Fess'. Language is Japanese.

Embedded translated it, but I'm unable to discern the last few text properly on the lower right due to how clumped and scaled the writing is. I tried the best I could to try and decipher it, but I'm unable to get any consistent search results with what I could read it as. If anybody has a proper reading on it, let me know. Or feel free to correct it if you know how to handle the embedded coding.
