After removing the action scratching from scratch, would the remaining most fit scratch or the already existing scratches? I know singular is desired as policy, but there is the plural cuts to confuse the matter. Whichever is chosen should then imply injury.

Okay I moved a few of the remaining scratching actions one out of scratch.

I do think we could alias scratch to scratches to emphasize that it's a thing, not an action.

How do we want to define scratching? Only the benign post #528695 type, or should it also include injurious scratching of another?

now that's hard. There's a Chen and Rin pic where they are scratching each other, and are covered in scratches.

How about include the harmful kind of scratch in injury and leave the non harmful kind to scratching?
