Real-time discussion as forum's add-on

From what I saw in the server I hate that word being misused like that by the way for a few days, most of what people there seem to do in there are:
- Sharing random things
- Discussing matters that are in between forum posts
- Summoning servant Fumimi
A built-in chatroom with strong integrations to the site similar to what Fossil SCM offers would be a long term solution in my opinion. If needed, I could learn Ruby and code a proof-of-concept for y'all.

After a few chatting with people there who seem to misunderstand what I am proposing here, I have decided to learn Ruby anyway because I need to de-rust my coding skill

After more chatting with people there, I think I should focus on things like bug-fixing this site instead (Thank you, user #554505!)
