1. When SonMati69 created artist #605964, they added the Twitter handle "@daru_daru_d" (now linked to intent ID 1930180460518486019) and intent ID 1972939995553112064 (now linked to "@rowtan"). This mismatch caused the confusion between these two accounts.
2. Over a month ago, I updated artist #237294 by adding Twitter intent ID 1930180460518486019, which corresponded to the handle "@rowtan" at that time. The intent ID reveals that 1972939995553112064 was registered later. Comparing the registration dates of "@daru_daru_d" and "@rowtan" shows that the former was actually registered earlier. This is supported by additional evidence: both accounts use banners cropped from the same image, and the "@rowtan" account explicitly states:

I couldn't set the sensitive settings, and the warnings kept appearing, so I moved my account! @daru_daru_d
This confirms that both accounts belong to the same person, who swapped the two Twitter handles.

Regarding whether the current "@rowtan" account and the one associated with artist #237294 when I updated it a month ago belong to the same person: while there's no direct proof, circumstantial evidence strongly suggests this connection. The art style is similar or identical, the accounts linked to artist #605964 appear to be secondary accounts for posting R18 content, and artist #237294's aliases include "だるーん" (daruun), which resembles "だるた" (daruta) and "daru_daru_d".
