Tag Alias: :9 -> :q

Aliasing :9 -> :q.

Reason: Pretty much the same thing.

Seems to me that :9 conveys the thought better. How do we feel about reversing the alias?

I sort of like the neutrality of a line over a curve, though I guess :9 would remove the capital letter factor of these emoti-tags.

To me, :p works better as a neutral or sarcastic emote. For :9 or :q, see the following:

As I have no preference on this either way, for now I'm going to alias to the existing tag, :q.

If there's a lot of support for aliasing to :9 instead I can reverse it.

I think :9 portrays the look more accurately than :q.
