What is the policy on unfinished items like post #10714871? I didn't see the poor quality until after expanding it to review details for tagging, and the artist has since stricken it from their Pixiv page. Should I flag this for removal?
Leave it be, that's why the unfinished tag exists. It's blurry but it's not bad enough that it needs to be deleted in my opinion. Having this is better than not having the image at all. The artist may choose to finish this later on a whim or not. In the same vein, making-ofs are obviously also okay.

Never mind that: I was looking at the wrong entry. It's still there. I'll fix the tagging for that post.

That said, did you up this without even looking at it properly?
