I’m not certain, but given its location on the face I’d guess those are streaming tears, thus Q.

Uploading a series of images, most of them being explicit/questionable, but what should I rate something like this which does not contain anything of the sort.
Currently I have it as Sensitive, but if divorced from context it looks General enough. Or should I bump it up to Questionable to keep it in line with the rest of the series?
