From their lit.link page, it’s clear that haze_nikomi is just a name they use for their fan art related to kimetsu_no_yaiba.

I don’t think it’s suitable as the merged artist name.

From what I can tell, the artist no longer uses the "moonsorrow" name, but I'm a little unsure if it should be aliased to their current pixiv screen name or to their real name.

the tag shirotsuki shirone is currently being used for two different artists in the same circle: shironeruka and shirotsuki. Compare how Flandre is drawn differently in post #6860647 and post #7086765.

All of the posts in the favgroup I've identified as being authored by shirotsuki. This leaves the shirotsuki shirone tag for shironeruka and the second line of the BUR renames the tag to reflect this change.
post #5302742 is an exception because it seems to be a collaboration by the two, with Youmu being drawn by shironeruka and Yuyuko being drawn by shirotsuki.
