It's a bit too low quality. The content itself is not objectionable, but it's not amazingly great either, and it just loses to the visible JPEG compression artefacts.

Reasons: part of an existing pool, already translated.
(Is it just me, or has a lot of stuff - Touhou at least, maybe others too - been getting pocket vetoed lately? In the Love Confessions pool over the last couple of weeks, one post was approved, two were by Contributors or higher, and twenty died for lack of approval, which is a way higher rate than normal...)

Touhou love confessions are utter crap, and *all* of them, save for maybe two or three novel ones, should get purged. It's *way* below the proper rate of rejections for them, which should be around 99.99%.
Edit: Note also that the "part of an existing pool" reasoning holds only for sequential pools in which continuity is broken when you delete posts. For random themes such as love confessions or making whomever cry, the posts should still get judged on an individual basis.

I don't take the writing into account when judging them. Just the art. There are a lot of poor quality ones, but nowhere near "99.99%", even accounting for hyperbole.
