If the child is not sexualized, it shouldn't be tagged with the -con tag.

Kind of annoying how strict both the tags are that I can't even blacklist small characters like that if they don't qualify for either. Normally they should be qualifying for both given their stature. What can be done about that then? I pretty much only bring up posts here because I want them on my blacklist while also being able to maintain a sensible rules/tag count due to the restrictions on blacklists while wanting to dodge false positives.

Generally speaking, loli characters have childlike proportions and no breasts while petite characters have some indication in the image that they're smaller than average. It sounds like you want something like a canon_loli tag, though I think actually making a tag like that would be a bad idea since it would draw negative attention from certain groups. Or maybe you want something like an early_teen tag (though that probably won't fly either)?
But this topic would be better discussed in another thread as doing so here will just clog up this one. I also don't think this is the place to ask about whether a post counts as petite unless there's also suspicion it might qualify for loli (forum #395619, which I should've addressed before). After all, this is the loli/shota check thread, not the loli/shota/petite check thread.
