Just checked out help:post relationships and I am a bit confused. Do I correctly use parent-child relationship for the post #10451137 and post #10431959? Shall I created a pool for these posts? Or should I not post the parent / collage post at all?

There's very few hard rules about post relationships vs pools so a lot of the time it's up to interpretation of what's best. There are some users that will tell you they prefer or recommend pooling long parent chains, while others feel that using parents represents a set better (or because they don't like pools). Parenting the individual expressions to the collage here is fine.

My general rule with parent/children is that anything over five posts total should probably be a pool. There's also the fact that you cannot order children like you can posts in a pool. That's fine for these college images where the order doesn't matter outside having the proper college as the parent, not so much for a comic if the order gets fucked up for whatever reason.
But as WRS said, ask five different people, get five different answers. This is just what I found to work for me when I upload.
