This one I can see someone not necessarily liking, but I don't think it's bad at all. And honestly I'd say it's one of the artist's cleaner works. Their other stuff is generally rougher but approvers tend to be okay with those.

Why are posts still not being approved? Maybe I'm jumping to conclusions, but I thought that all deleted posts by commenters were being checked here, but in fact, based on my observations, posts are only approved according to the personal preferences of the approver, otherwise I can't explain why some people are being ignored here

Not every approver checks this topic here and if users keep on sending way to many uploads at once, the possibility that they're ignored is higher. For us it's easier if people use their appeals.

Yes, approvers only approve uploads they personally like/think is of good quality. There is no other way for us to measure "good quality".
