@p4cko Why are you removing paid reward tags from your uploads and not taking care to verify if what you're reuploading from yande.re are not paid rewards?

Do artists themselves have to request a post ban/deletion in certain cases? Because while this was freely viewable for a short time through some patreon email gimmick (I swear I'm not messing with rule-breaking paid reward uploads), dynamitenatalia dm'ed me to see if it's possible to have post #10382421 taken down.
Yes they would. Don't worry you should be fine, I know what you're referring to and there's no way you would have known about it unless you know what the link that gets sent in emails is.
Question to be on the safe side - OP indicates that previously public posts are fair game only if they were uploaded prior to being locked. Is this based on day of upload or does it go down to hours? If it's days, how is it handled in the event of a tie?
post #10511746 was mistakenly set by the artist to public, but a comment on https://asou.fanbox.cc/posts/11141762 indicates this was a mistake that was rectified immediately upon notice. Given the lack of exact timestamps for both the post here and the comment, it is hard to ascertain whether the upload here predates the correction or not.
Given the fact that this was a mistake by the artist, I think not considering posts of this nature fair game would be the more prudent and respectful course of action, but I am not sure if this kind of scenario is covered under existing rules or has been given consideration in the past.

There is a timestamp for the post if you hover over the date in the sidebar on the left. It looks like the post was uploaded around 30 minutes after the artist published the Fanbox post. I can't see the comment on the Fanbox page, so I don't know if that has a timestamp or not.
I find it hard to believe Fenton would intentionally upload paid rewards, so they likely uploaded the post while it was free, therefore the post shouldn't be banned. The artist mistakenly making it free does not matter.
The updated date will give you more of a hint than the creation date. This was discussed on Discord; it was uploaded before the artist locked the post, so it's allowed to stay. It's always specifically based on being posted here before the post on Fanbox/Patreon/wherever is locked; if you upload it afterward, it's no longer allowed.
Thank you for the clarification, that roughly matches what I was expecting, although I want to point out that I did not intend to be accusatory there, so apologies if it came across that way - primarily, I wanted to make sure whether not allowing public posts made in error had been given proper consideration or not for the reasons outlined above.
