May I get an explanation as to why the following art wasn't approved? It does not look bad quality wise and art of Gawr Gura is usually quick to be approved

I've noticed that posts from this artist haven't been approved lately. Why is that? Do people dislike the artist's style/quality of art? Or is it because the artist doesn't often draw anime-themed pictures? (╥﹏╥)

I don't understand why these want to prove like literally that exact same quality as the other ones he made the artist makes a lot of these and they're all the same quality and those ones were approved I don't get why this one isn't
All other art by pr_quote is approved. Is there anything uniquely low-quality about this one that I overlooked?
