Should ass, pussy, anus etc have embed on wiki

I noticed penis has a full on embed.

Should other inherently nsfw wikis have embeds for examples? Is it unnecessary given how obvious this stuff is?

Use images that are as safe-for-work as possible, considering the subject matter. Blacklists currently don't apply to embedded images, so they should be safe for everybody. For NSFW wikis, at least choose images that are tasteful.

what i do know is that ASSET embeds probably have to be SFW because safebooru will always display them even if they contain a schlong. NSFW post embeds aren't displayed on safebooru.

also there is lots of weird nsfw fetishes that could use at least 1 embed showing wtf it's about. penis/ass/pussy are kind of useless unless u can also embed small penis, large penis, large ass, flat ass, (idk any pussy tags), in the same wiki for comparison

It's allowed, but it shouldn't be any more explicit than necessary. For something like penis you kind of have to show a penis, so it's fine. Although an anatomy diagram along the lines of post #3692262 might be better because it's slightly less sexualized.

For something like sex, you can show what it is without showing full penetration. It'd be better to pick something tasteful like post #9959795 or post #9964743 from the Making Love pool so you can see what it is without showing more than is necessary.

The current wikis for artificial vagina and paizuri are examples of what not to do. There's no need to blast the viewer with dozens of hardcore images to show what these things are.

Makes sense, guess when I got some time ill embed some images.

Some of the paizuri images like the ones for perpendicular paizuri and reverse paizuri don't seem very intuitive and should probably be kept.

Would using expand blocks in wikis like those help at all?

Personally I don't think @FunkyJustin should be inserting explicit queen of spades-type images into wikis where it can't be hidden with the blacklist.

Definitely not, these wikis suck. A few as tasteful as possible examples suffice, we don't need a million examples and also not embeds for subtags (especially the more fetishy ones).

I tried cleaning up the artificial vagina and small penis humiliation wikis. I think the descriptions were also unnecessarily detailed; most were either extremely obvious or focused on details that wouldn't be of use to taggers.

The first image in artificial vagina I added could be a bit "safer for work" (the girl is a bit suggestive), but I had trouble finding an image with that particular version. It's still a major improvement over the images showing blatant sex.

Current Paizuri is a prime example of this problem. We shouldn't need more than 2 or 3 (if even more than 1) examples, and taggers should be expected to check the listed subtag wikis for relevant examples, instead of there being two dozen subtag examples bloating the wiki for the main tag.

There is absolutely no need to have a wiki that is a wall of fetish pornography, dividing up a tiny tag like two-finger handjob into subtypes based on the exact position of the fingers, with six rating:E embedded examples on each line.

Wikis are meant to provide a concise and clear explanation of how a tag is to be used. Not to be jerked off to.

Animated posts shouldn't be included in wikis either if it can be helped, they are just annoying in every way.

I don’t know why @LQ felt it was necessary to change all the paizuri wiki examples in light of this discussion, it's not as if any of the new examples were any less explicit than the previous. I removed all of them and left just one example. Users can check the subtags if they need examples for a specific type of paizuri.

I still think it would be beneficial to have perpendicular paizuri and reverse paizuri image examples in the main paizuri wiki. They look different enough from standard paizuri that they wouldn't be repetitive. Also someone unfamiliar with these types wouldn't immediately see the picture and tag names in different locations and put two and two together, so having the less obvious examples highlighted will make it easier for them to tag these correctly without them having to look through a list with several tags.

In short, just because we shouldn't clutter up the wiki with several images of similar-looking images doesn't mean we shouldn't highlight variants with significant visual differences that can't be easily visualized with a tag name alone.

Though still technically "hardcore" as in hardcore porn, I made them more tame or clear examples, like changing ones that also included other extreme fetishes, had grotesque art styles or proportions, or ones that weren't very clear from the thumbnail. For example, the futa example for autopaizuri was changed to not also be autofellatio huge_breasts huge_penis. Reviewing it now, I'm not sure post #4559407 is actually paizuri or if the erect penis just happens to be touching the breasts due to their posture. But I agree it's fine to leave those to the individual subpages.

Regarding whether to include perpendicular paizuri and reverse paizuri examples, I think those can be excluded as they're less than 5% of paizuri posts, and the concept is really simple: pretty much any post with penis rubbed between breasts, including naizuri and excluding pecs.

It's easy to make them seem insignificant when you only consider the percentages. These aren't extremely specific tags with a single digit count. Perpendicular paizuri has 2010 posts while reverse paizuri has 253. The actual number (and percentage) might be higher since users tagging paizuri might not realize we have sub tags for those specific variants. Users aren't going to check the sub tags if they don't even realize one might apply.

The concept of paizuri in general is simple. The perpendicular and reverse variants are not as simple and require good spatial awareness to visualize even with a description. If posts with the sub tag appear significantly different from posts with just the main tag, as posts with perpendicular paizuri and reverse paizuri do, and it's potentially difficult to visualize, then an image should be included in the main tag's wiki. It's much easier to quickly scan a wiki page for images that resemble what you're trying to tag than go through a long tag list.
