Not fond on the lower part of the sketch. It's hard to make out the hand for example, which is an issue given its position in the image.

In the case of the second one, the quality seems to be that of previous approved art from the same artist. Inb4 we don't approve based on artist. I'm not saying it should be approved just because previous art from the artist were approved, I'm saying the quality is similar to previous approved art and deserves a second chance.
