The tagged characters have precedence here. I just discovered the name/origin of the custom summoner featured & recently created a tag for her. The quality of these posts is good imo & consistent with the artists' other approved work.

Parenting was the wrong way around. Revisions most of the time should be the parent. Even then, the image you posted is a better PNG vs jpeg.
This doesn't disqualify it from approval but it does make it less likely as it's an extra step for approvers to check.
