Azur Lane Muse tags on non-Muse outfits

I found Roon (Muse) (Azur Lane) on several posts:

I started removing them because they're not the Roon (Muse) outfit, and didn't bare any resemblance that I could tell. But the uploaders are all different so I must be missing something. None of the pixiv artists mention it's the Muse form. That fourth one I know is an official illustration outfit (favgroup #47884), but the Azur Lane Koumakan wiki just lists it under regular Roon though.

As someone only interested in Azur Lane for the character designs, it's all a little confusing. I know the Muse ships are technically distinct "characters", but they just look like the character in a different outfit. Roon's Muse wiki just says it's a costume and doesn't offer any other distinction.

I know there are other complications with identical shipgirls like Bismarck Zwei. I would have no idea post #7116117 was Zwei if it wasn't uploaded to Danbooru with the caption. I'm guessing there's some other context that I just don't know.

Simple, the tag creator added her base form's tags in Other Names section (but not her Muse form's tags); someone else added the correct tags two years later, but didn't remove the earlier ones. Only in September of this year they're finally removed.

Though I admit I should have noticed this sooner.

There was confusion expressed on the futa post #4326113 and then Taihou Muse ended up on it too. I figured there had to be something I wasn't getting.
