Artist's name is 檜宮しょう so "shou" is correct, not "shiyou" -- probably misread as しよう when the first tag was made.
There's already a tag (albeit with a single post) with the correct spelling and a qualifier doesn't seem necessary as of now, though it wouldn't be bad either since the artist appears to use that username consistently.
