Yeah, this should be deprecated in favor of tags like close-up, zoom layer, etc.

no it doesn't, it just needs to have a ton of cruft removed, which i've done now.
kept the comics for now because i haven't decided what to do with them yet.

The western meaning of this is just kodomo_doushi with Physical_examination. But the way the site seems to use it is doctor cosplay / roleplay.
