Honestly this shouldn't even have been an artist tag name, its creator probably didn't think about how ambiguous calling someone "Quest" is when tons of other tags and categories of tags have that word in it.

Well, I might have misunderstood your meaning.
In fact, it was the user "Apollyon" who created this tag.
And now, 10 years later, this artist entry was manually renamed by the user "tyciol" to "quest_r".
My primary consideration was the potential users who might add this artist tag to their blacklist or bookmark it, which is why I used "quest_(artist)" as an alias.
