Linking to third-party translations on comments

I often find other people's translations of works on twitter, but I can't verify them since I don't know Japanese. As I understand it, adding these myself isn't allowed (from howto:translate: "Be reasonably sure you understand the source material completely before attempting a translation"). Still, I feel like they might be a useful resource to others, maybe even to translators on the site.

Are there any rules or conventions on or against linking to outside translations in comments?

Example: post #9574653 and a possible translation on twitter.

I've seen people add translations from third party sources before (such as post #9119179) and link the source of the translation in the comments. If you are not sure of the accuracy, you can use check translation and maybe someone will correct if necessary.
