Contributors can't approve stuff. There was only a very brief time interval when that was possible.

Hmm, random Pokémon pics really aren't my cup of tea, and I almost never approve them, but the art there is actually pretty good, and it sort of made me chuckle.
Also if post #458018 is approvable, and post #574061 approvable by two mods, then this definately ought to be as well. I hope I'm not turning too much towards Hazuki's way of thinking or being too much of a hypocrite by approving this though...
