I don't have defenitive proofs, but I believe they are the same artist.

• They have very similar artstyles. Specially looking at how they sketch traditional media (post #9489233 & post #8320089)
• Both speak korean and a little of english
• Both have "ing" in their name

If you don't have definitive proof, you shouldn't be aliasing them.
