The approvation is really weird

1. Look post #6680900 and post #9287698, who has poor quality?
2. I posted wet_09994's artworks: deleted(not entirely correct), others posted wet_09994's artworks: active.
3. The artist in danbooru has low delete rate, but i posted two volumes recently, deleted, one even got "poor quality".
4. I even got this trouble
5. I heard that builders are easier to approve than members at same quality artworks.

Grouping my answers by points I think relate to one another. Let me know if my answers are unclear, or if I'm misinterpreting the original statement in any way.

4. I even got this trouble

While Danbooru has standards for uploads, what gets approved depends on an individual approver's taste. It's not going to be 100% consistent every time you upload, because the same (number here) approvers who look at it won't look at everything you upload every time. Approvers also are doing this on a volunteer basis-- people get busy, especially around this time of the year. Just appeal if you think something's been overlooked; there's a reason you can appeal a post an infinite amount of times. Help:Upload might be helpful to review too.

Just because it's the same artist doesn't mean it's drawn with the same quality. Artists too can be inconsistent, so just because an artist has a large amount of approved posts doesn't mean it'll be instantly approved.

5. I heard that builders are easier to approve than members at same quality artworks.

Everything is reviewed by approvers for Builder and below, it all goes to the same queue. Just because your name is purple doesn't mean your uploads aren't subject to review. Even users who can skip the queue (Contributor and above) can have their posts flagged for low quality artworks, putting them back into the queue.

If you don't believe your uploads deserve deletions, you can submit an appeal or ask in the upload feedback thread. However, if your posts are still deleted after trying both options, it's best to just accept the decision and focus on uploading higher-quality art. This way, you can minmax your chances of having your posts accepted. Of course, you can continue uploading similar art if you want, but keep in mind that repeated deletions will affect your upload cap.
Also to answer point 5: No, becoming a builder doesn't make your uploads more likely to be approved. Rather, builders are expected to avoid posting low-quality art.

That is completely false. Each post can only be appealed once per user. Posts can be appealed multiple times, but it has to be a different user each time.

That's what I meant (should've written "multiple users" instead of "you" here, my fault), thanks for catching that.

Nope, the quality demands for uploads remains the same. Even a user that has made it to unres status could be kicked back down if they started using their ability to skip the queue to upload bad art.

There are also some approvers who sift through deleted posts to catch any quality art that might have been overlooked. So even if a post is automatically deleted due to a lack of approval, it could still be undeleted in the future.
