So lately I’ve been looking the trans flag tag lgbt flag tag and I was shocked to see most of some of those posts are in the negatives. Most of them are probably homophobic and transphobia users on this website. Is there any way to do to help those post get a more positive rating

it sucks, but in general the less seriously you take score, the better. a downvote wave has no actual effect on a post's standing other than messing with order:score searches.
It's not about the trans flag or lgbt flag. A lot of people don't want to see politics or modern cultural issues whether in a positive or negative view. I hate it even when I see politics that I do agree with because I don't come to Danbooru for that and I see it as off-topic. I'm here for anime girls, not modern cultural battles whether the image supports my view or not.
People who down vote those imagine aren't scared of homosexuals. They likely just don't want politics.

If they are harassing others, whether it be by being transphobic or not, they'll get banned, but downvoting someone's posts isn't a bannable offense even if it is for an opinion you disagree with. You'd need to prove harassment intent in those downvotes, and you will not be able to do that.

The assumption that the downvotes are only about disliking politics is just as simplistic as thinking they’re all because of homophobia/transphobia. It’s probably a combination of both, though we don’t have any way of knowing what the actual ratio is (not to mention some of them could be for completely different reasons such as disliking the art style).
That said, it’s funny that people often frame the mere act of holding a pride flag or wearing pride colors as pushing politics, which it technically is, but all it really tells you is that the artist claims to support gay/bi/trans people in real life. It’s one of the most tepid political statements you could make, and even that is considered divisive. Any other political assumptions you make about the work is entirely on you.
But none of that really matters. Votes aren’t important, but if a low score bothers you, you can fight back with your own upvote. I’d also recommend to NeptuneStarPrime to not bump those posts in the future just to respond to ancient comments. There’s a good chance them showing up at the top of the comment feed will attract even more downvotes.
