I know what this thread is for. I read the first post. I just felt it was unnecessary to start a new thread when I'm asking pretty much the same question, (Asking a mod to re-think his/her decision on image approval.)
especially considering not too many people mind if a bad post got through anyway. Example: post #499774

I'm not quite sure what your point is in that last example. Are you saying something you posted and I approved is a bad post that shouldn't have gotten through? I wouldn't say it's the best thing out there, but I think it's fine enough to approve.

Anyway, the mechanism you are looking for is flagging for deletion. That will take an approved post and throw it back to the mod queue for re-consideration.

His muscles are poorly drawn. It looks like a cheap body suit. I actually regret uploading that, and I have no idea why this was approved over the other Kliff picture I uploaded. That was much better. >_>

I've tried using that mechanism before, on the same picture no less, but I don't think it was working for me. Has it come up in the queue before?

I couldn't say for sure, so much stuff goes through the queue, and if someone approves it before I get to the queue, I wouldn't see it. I can say that I wouldn't have approved it had I seen it though.

As for your other Kliff post (I'm guessing post #541667), I'm not seeing much going for it eiher, it looks pretty generic to me, almost like a game_cg.

As for the other post, I can't say anything about the musculature (I'm in no way a good critic of abdominal muscles), but I much prefer the composition, texture, and coloring of post #499774.
