Tag Alias: yuutu -> matsukaze_yukiji

Aliasing yuutu -> matsukaze_yukiji.

Reason: 松風往次(まつかぜゆきじ)

No. "Yuutu" is too simple a name to be aliasing away.

Mass edited the posts instead.

The only reason I would have considered it is that yuutu is non-standard romanization so we'll never actually use it in an official tag. But if it's all moved, then yeah I'll skip the alias.
