Banned Forever

May I know if there is an appeal or a motion for those accounts that are forever banned from posting? Since there are users who are somewhat not aware of their uploads but the sources came from a valid source such as Pixiv or Twitter.

Usually, they can contact an admin or moderator through an alternate account or Discord.
