That looks good. One suggestion: could we change the wording to "at least 100 favourites or 300 approved posts with no or few deletions"? Not everyone keeps favourites, and some of the very good uploaders don't, so I wouldn't want to exclude them just because they prefer to save things to their HD.

Also, if there are any candidates approved for a trial, will they be made public? Or announced to the mods?

So if someone is interested in applying for Janitor, they just send you a message along the lines of "I want to apply for the job of Janitor. I'm met the requirements for said duty" and then get a month long test to see if they passed? Seem a bit too simple to me.

That's pretty much how it went the last time, except there were no requirements other than "complete this quiz" and no trial period either. So it's already a step up in the strictness.

Any word on this? I’d be interested in applying, but I mostly ignore the Favourites option altogether and I’m not about to start hunting down 300 images I love right now just for this, I seriously doubt albert will be checking each and every one of our hundreds of favourites to see if our taste is indeed spotless.

I would like to give it a try. I don't know if my record is good enough, but I suppose that's something for the admins to decide.

As mentioned in the OP, you're supposed to send a message to an admin (that is either albert or jxh2154).
