Tag Alias: asakura_ibuki -> asakura_hayate

Aliasing asakura_ibuki -> asakura_hayate.

Reason: The URL of her blog indicates given name is read "Hayate".

I edited the 11 posts under asakura ibuki to asakura hayate and updated the artist entry. Aliasing is unnecessary.

Aliasing is commonly done with artist names in this kind of situation, depending on a few factors. With full names, conflicts are less likely. Age of the tag counts as well, because the older it is the more likely someone has it in favorites, and changing without aliasing breaks that.

I'll just let this one go as the mass edit (Asakura Ibuki sounds like a fairly common name) since it's already been moved, though an alias wouldn't have been out of line either.
