Viewing Original

I noticed that you can't view the original size of a pic in its own post page anymore, unless you have the resized notice on top. Is there any other way to view the original while having the notice hidden?

Clicking the file size in statistics opens the image in a new page, and Resize image doesn't do anything (tried it with Opera and IE too)

You click on the pic's dimensions/file size, under Statistics.

I think that function has somehow disappeared.

+1 for reinstating it.

(where did this "+1"/"-1" stuff come from?)

EDIT: Oh, something does seem to be happening now. Now when you click the image size text, it does seem to be trying to load the original image inline, but unfortunately the actual href of the <a> isn't blocked, so the image replaces the entire tab after all.

I made a trac for this a week ago.

It does, provided it's backed up by a good argument or supporting a previous argument.

Exactly, but +1/-1 is sometimes a lazy attempt at "voting" rather than arguing.

I noticed that too.

How about the resize image text? It doesn't do anything at all when I click it.

"resize image" doesn't switch the actual files - it just changes the attributes of the <img> tag to fit the width of your browser window.
