Enabling regular mods to enact IP bans

+1, on light of what happened this morning.

It was a bit ridiculous that phane had to keep sniping the jerk again and again.

Althrough I don't think it's a bad idea, wouldn't it kinda be a problem if the mods gets too much power?
But that aside I guess it would help,more or less.

There is something to be said for leaving something as drastic as IP bans in the hands of the Admins.

Perhaps limit how frequently an account can be made from a specific IP address?

Giving admins the ability to ip ban would probably be the first step, jxh isn't even able to, I believe.

Send me a dmail if you want an IP ban. I generally don't bother with them because it's usually easy to circumvent them with proxies.
