Two artists named Tsukiyo

The current Tsukiyo tag is for the artist at http://2style.jp/mint/ , but there's another artist named Tsukiyo at http://vitale-celeste.babyblue.jp/index.html . What should be done about this?

Create a new tag, Tsukiyo_(artist), or see if you can figure out that artist's first name (or last, whatever may be the case).

Either moving the current Tsukiyo to tsukiyo (skymint) or making the new one tsukiyo (vitale celeste) will do as well.

Do both, because neither is any more "tsukiyo" than the other. Neither is more "artist" than the other either; adding a "_(artist)" tag to just one gives absolutely no indication which of the two it refers to other than arbitrarily.
