Seems that url was added in 2012 to one artist, and in 2020 to the other, but is now dead. Given that user accounts can be reused I'm just going to remove it from both. Especially since the 2012 link was added by another bot user and "sina" could just be the artist trying to add a weibo link to the twitter slot.

1st, too short.
2nd, Twitter handle -> actual name. Rename because "ill" here means "illustration" and located at the end of the tag name.

It's also possible to notice by the artist's handle and other names "a_fjkw".

Edit: it might still be wrong, despite the artist links being "arika", their signature is "Akira Fujikawa"
