Is uploading silly edits (made by someone else than the author) of a picture accepted, when the change is substantial enough? Like in these examples

Obviously none of these edits are mine, nor would I do them.
And in case they are accepted, should one tag the original author and the editor alike? Or just the OP artist?
Edits that alter substantially the intent of the illustration are not accepted. However edits that enhance it such as detexted are welcome if they are skillful enough.

How about in those exact cases? The originals are clearly made by ZUN, so it's clearly an edit. But at the same time, even if it changes the intent of the illustration to some extent, I believe the edit might enhance the actual picture. At least adds something interesting.

Hard to tell without seeing the original artwork, but the quality of these is mega-low (edit or not), so I'd be surprised to see the edit or the original of either one on Danbooru.

As was already stated, almost all types of third-party edits are strictly against the rules. You're more than likely just risking your deletion ratio uploading any.

Fair enough. Not like if my deletion-ratio wasn't already kinda high anyways.
