I'm not that familiar with what's considered a loli here yet, but this one seems to have a "pronounced" hips and thighs compared to what feel like deformed loli images I've seen here before.
Then again, I feel the same thing with post #4501271 (submitted by Death Usagi 7 days ago) so I might be wrong.
Also I think the loli wiki page needs a bit of an edit, since post #860832 which is used for Child example as comparison is now tagged as loli too.

So, post #1649352. Its listed on the loli page as not being loli but I think attitudes has changed since then. Any objections to me giving it loli and removing it from the wiki?

post #486666 seems tricky to me. If her body is child/loli then its loli. If it is just petite then the image might be Safe since images of children are to be rated more harshly.

loli is reserved for sexual imagery. Underwear alone is fine to be rated safe (see howto:rate)

Underwear on an adult looking character sure. On a child looking character probably should be questionable.
But... I'm guessing this character is suppose to be an adult? Since Loli was taken off and child not added?
Anyway it's been brought here with people who have more experience with tagging for this site. It's approved, already. If no one has any issues. I'll have to add virtual YouTuber to my searches in the future.
I dunno what you think virtual YouTuber is for but it's just a blanket tag for characters that people use as YouTube/stream avatars, not a specific body type. As for the loli, like I said, loli only applies to sexual images, but I'd probably just tag that image with petite anyway.
