Artist alias request thread

Links associated with the former artist tag have been mostly cleaned. The latter artist tag posted post #4123297 on their Twitter and linked a blog found in the former's list of URLs Here. I think this is compelling enough evidence that the two are the same artist.

It's hard to tell if you don't say anything, since it looks correct by looking at the artist's urls.

2nd, artist's own spelling.
