Aliasing mana_tohno -> kimagureneko.

Reason: Seeming Pixiv ID to one derived from homepage; reverse if more appropriate, or just a "mass" edit.

遠野愛 is what she uses on her blog, and it looks real name-ish enough to prefer that. However, the proper romanisation for that is toono_mana or touno_mana, whichever we stick with.

I just tagged what I saw, but, yeah, whatever's gone with (we can just slap "mana_tohno" on the aliases section of the artist page).
