Tag alias? Antenna/Antennae hair

Antenna hair is two or more locks, but the plural of antenna (at least in a biological context) is antennae, so would antennae hair be the proper tag?

Even if it's grammatically incorrect (may or may not be), would it really be necessary to change it? ::shrugs:: I think it's fine as it is...

I think it works as-is, since one would say, "The hair has an antenna shape, so it's antenna hair." Just replace "antenna" with something more commonly used, getting "foot hair" or "hand hair", which, if we ignore the ridiculousness of the concepts, would sound weird as "feet hair" or "hands hair".

An antenna can consist of multiple parts. I wouldn't call an old fashioned TV's bunny-ear dipole arrangement a set of antennae, I'd just refer to both poles together as a single antenna. I've always thought of the tag analogously.

I would personally expect antenna hair to refer to one "antenna" and antennae hair to be two or more.
