Small fix for Find Artist

Encountered a little problem with Find Artist, either through danbooruup or on danbooru itself.

Would it cause problems to leave the final '/' in the URL when checking? It seems like it doesn't. Right now it's possible for multiple artists to come up when there should be only one. Example is diodio and 2_(artist)

Example diodio pixiv url:
hxxp://img17.pixiv.net/img/padiotheworld109/1525803.jpg

Example 2_(artist) url:
hxxp://img04.pixiv.net/img/pad/2249210.jpg

Find Artist and danbooruup hit two different results with "img*.pixiv.net/img/pad*" and get stuck. danbooruup suggests nothing, Find Artist brings up both results. If doing a find artist on 2_(artist) looked for "img*.pixiv.net/img/pad/" instead it seems to me that it'd work. But there may certainly be complications to leaving in the slash that I don't realize.

Ran into this with another example recently I can't remember. Might explain some other artists that danbooruup inexplicably wasn't finding too.

For code change requests like these that don't require any discussion please just submit a Trac ticket. It's hard for me to keep track of these on the forum.

I was thinking about that, but suppose I was seeing if my idea was stupid in any obvious ways I missed first. If it sounds somehow doable, I'll go submit it now.
