block Chinese IP?

At first I thought Chinese GFW blocks danbooru again, then I found the PING returns well, so I tried hosts, but it failed as well.

I figure that cound be danbooru blocks me, not GFW blocks danbooru.

Is that true?

Well, we have some IP bans active, you can dmail me yours if you want a check. However, ping and HTTP use different underlying protocols, ICMP and TCP respectively. GFW could block TCP while allowing ICMP, for example.
