The first one has foreshortening problems with the tiny hand and the second one looks like she has a tiny head with those long limbs and torso. The third one doesn't look that bad and I can't describe what makes the fourth and fifth not work for me.

Well, the forth one should get approved. There is nothing really bad going on.
The fifth one feels a bit weird, especially the eyes. Large pupils. This one is retty subjective since the rest is totally fine.
EDIT Ok, forget what I said about that the rest is fine. Fossilnix has quite a point here.
I always felt uncomfortable when uploading san's stuff because of the way he draws his girls. They have relatively skinny arms with pointy elbows along with a pointy face that doesn't match the curves the rest of their body display. The fact that you uploaded a character from a less popular copyright probably didn't help either and Not One Of Us doesn't notice literally everything in the queue. As for the second picture, I think it's an uneven mixture of shading techniques that don't blend well together along with how the eyes look that makes some viewers look away.
Despite all that, I think both pictures should be reconsidered for reapproval.

I thought for sure these would get approved.
For the second pic from you: The foot looks pretty off to me. The rest can be considered ok, but it also seems that are breasts look...pretty flat. So I don't think that the artist's shading is well done here. It looks like the black lines are just drawn onte her body, but with no bulge outwards (the make the breasts "round".) (I talk about the right one of hers)

I guess the first one has to do with the legs and the right arm being wonky? I can't really put my finger on it. The second one has the same problem and the third one is probably a perspective problem with the right arm along with how it's colored.
I've undeleted the first one.
The second (NBA) has eyes that are not the same size (the left one is much bigger then the other one.).
The third one has a too large thumb (compared to the other fingers) and this gives the picture a bad expression.
Maybe there is more , but it seems that these points are proportion-based.
Glancing at the first image, you think you're looking at an older girl and not a loli due to how mature her face looks but apparently that's not the case. Her head is incredibly huge compared to the rest of her body and her arms don't look like they're the same length. The second image has a girl with a horrifying snake neck along with a pretty thin torso reminiscent of Rob Liefeld's designs, not to mention her bent right arm or her odd-looking left foot. As for the third one, there's not much I can say other than off-centered hips due to perspective problems.
