I can't see anything wrong with this picture and the artist has many other works on here which have been accepted. It can't be the boobs, post #2136671 is accepted and Reimu's boobs in that are ginormous.

Dunno how someone thinks it breaks the rules. I mean, if it's the tongue, she is a frog-girl.
Not mine but it's hard to understand for me. The dick size and teeths? That's unusual but not wrong and not a reason for deletion. Not only that the anatomy is correct, coloring and shading are excellent, too. Plus, it's uncensored. However, I find it is good enough to stay here.
