They are the same person. I have no idea how to merge tags, but I think kinoko_(pixiv) is the better tag.

Without even realizing there was a forum thread, I had just moved them all today to kinoko (since it was vacant, didn't think the extra Pixiv bit was necessary) and created a wiki entry. Not sure where "knk" came from, but maybe it was the artist's handle on Pixiv at some point.

EmperorBrandon already took care of it. The single kinoko post that was there before he did the renaming seems to have vanished, but now knk, kinoko, and kinoko_(pixiv) are all on kinoko, which is the way it should be. I was referring to actual tag replacement/merging rather than aliasing, also.

I don't think we should ever need the pixiv####.

If two artists have the same name, the latter should get the name of their personal site as the qualifier.

If there is no personal site, it gets _(pixiv)

If both artists have the same name and are pixiv only, either 1) name the latter with their account name as seen in image URL, or 2) make that account name their qualifier.

Example, artist dollar's pixiv image URL includes his account name, "dorudoru": http://img02.pixiv.net/img/dorudoru/2094670.jpg

If there were two artists, who only had pixiv accounts and no personal pages, and both went by 'dollar' as their nickname (profile screen, "ニックネーム"), I would tag one 'dollar' and the other 'dollar_(dorudoru)' or 'dorudoru'.
